Delivery Time

Orders generally take 2-5 days to process. You should receive a shipment notification with tracking when the shipping label has been created. Pre-orders are shipped to arrive as close to release date as possible. Please note that any other items ordered alongside a pre-order will be held back to ship together. 

A Note About USPS Shipping

USPS does NOT guarantee the delivery times for any service they offer (including Priority). The USPS does estimate typical delivery times of 2 – 8 business days for Media Mail, and most orders shipped with this service do arrive close to that window. However, the mail can be spotty at time and we’ve seen instances of packages not receiving their first scan in the USPS system until a week or two after they are pick-up.

Please allow two weeks before contacting us for US orders, and 4 weeks for international orders.

If an item is returned to sender postage fees may be required for reshipping.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via USPS First Class oShipping rates depend on weight and location. Our site will calculate that when you check out. We wish it were more affordable. Check your local record shop if you live abroad and don’t want to pay the shipping rates. 

Returns

Returns are accepted ONLY for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive an item that has one of these issues, or you are missing merchandise, please email noquarter@nooquarter.net.
